Angel Fire Resort

Ate dinner, and took part in a giant trivia night competition. Lots of fun, food was decent, but not really enough room to hold everyone on a fun summer night. haha. We got stuck out on the deck, but had fun, still. Nice place, recommend eating a quiet meal there, walk around the grounds, enjoy the peace and beauty. Angel Fire is a secret to most. We will return.

We loved staying at the lodge in Angelfire. So convenient for skiing every day. Room was great and the beds were so comfortable. Our 1st night there my daughter got altitude sickness and I reached out to Sarah Collins at the front desk. She was beyond sympathetic and helpful. She offered great advice and even offered to open the gift shop for me to get oxygen. We saw her every day of our visit and she was so friendly and eager to make sure our trip was the best it could be. So thankful for her friendly face! We also loved John from Legends, James from HR and Stevie from ski school. Everyone was really fun and friendly. Had such a great mom/daughter trip! Thank you!

Nice and big! I love how many storage closets it offers plus a 2-1/2 bath is awesome with a group of 6 of us! My only complaint is checking in. It's not very easy to locate the check in building, FYI for anyone planning to stay here in the future, you check in at "The Lodge" which you'll see pictures of in this listing, it's the brown building, the sun lodge where you actually stay are the white buildings you see in the picture.

Poor planning on my part and poor service on theirs. The smallest element on the stove was the only working one, and I found out after picking up groceries for a steak dinner. Thank goodness for the lady in the pizza shop who knew my Angel Fire contact and his number. No notice ahead of time about lock boxes and codes for it. Roads to unit were dark. Not a good experience on arrival to the resort.
