La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

Terrible experience. Room was dirty and noisy. No handles on the bathroom door. No extra toilet paper. Toilet seat was cracked. And there was a man's shoe behind the dresser. Also the breakfast was bad compared to other hotel chains I've stayed in.

I was charged 100$ for “damages” when I called and investigated the cleaning supervisor authorized the charge on my account because I threw up in the trash can and got a small amount of blood on the sheets from a bloody nose. I’m Currently in the process of trying to get my refund the hotel manager is investigating and said she would give me a call back. Hopefully they make this right, otherwise I’m gonna have to contact my bank and report it as fraud.

I agree with a review written a few weeks ago and I am not a complainer. I have 2 small dogs so we stay at other La Quinta Inns also. This was gross. In our room the doors were grimy, the carpet was torn and there was not a blanket on the bed. The hallways were dirty and the elevator wouldn't work when we needed it. The food served at breakfast was pretty bad and not like other La Quinta Inn's . Corporate needs to get in there and see what's wrong.

This La Quinta was filthy. By appearance, the floors hadn’t been cleaned in the room, the hallways or entryways. The bedding was 2 sheets… no blanket. The door handles and doors all were grimy. Efforts in replacing old door locks and appliances were done sloppily. The area has become unsafe. I saw 3 security personnel dressed in safety vests! At 2 AM, a carful of delinquents came into the parking lot, revving the engine of their souped up car. I noticed the doorframe at an entryway appeared to have been tampered with. In addition, our room keycard didn’t function. We won’t stay here again, and don’t recommend this to anyone.
