Comfort Inn & Suites Alameda at Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park

Felt like home! We went with a sports team and families and Alejandra was so kind. The kids looked forward to baking cookies with her each day. The kids were allowed to play in common areas as long as it didn’t get rowdy and having the breakfast eating area and lobby living room areas was so nice for gathering together. Thank you! It’s so hard traveling with kids but felt so comfortable in this setting!!!

We chose this hotel because of the location and the price. Will choose it again because we had a nice stay. The room met all of our expectations. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice pillows. Breakfast was good. The hatch chili sauce was tasty. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were pleased with their service. No complaints.

The hotel was fine but the staff was HORRIBLE and they made it clear they do NOT like being in hospitality. At breakfast, I asked if more bacon would be put out and was yelled at that I wasn't giving her a chance. (No bacon put out for another half hour. The front desk girl was even more dismissive. There's more but I don't want to seem Karen. My stay was WAY overpriced and under serviced. Avoid this place if you want a good overnight experience!

Everyone at the front desk and working in the breakfast area and especially Alejandra at the front desk were so great! While the hotel/rooms themselves could use some upgrades, it felt like we were family the way we were greeted and treated our entire stay (5 nights).

I was traveling late on a road trip, and I knew that I would be late past 9:pm. I called to inform the desk and did not make a connection. To my pleasant surprise, Alejandra called my phone and verified my reservation. And she let me know that I should not worry about being late and to be sure to drive safely. Alejandra is caring and attentive. The late night clerk was also friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
