When trying to call and resolve the issue I had I was put on the phone with a terrible person. He didnt let me speak, hung up on me, refused to listen to me, and threatened to call the cops when I was just trying to call and talk to figure out my issue. He did not want to help and therefor spoke over me and just hung up WHEN HE WAS DONE SPEAKING. absolutely terrible. Unprofessional, rude, not qualified, and overall upsetting. They took my money. Read reviews before booking.

I only booked this because they have an indoor pool and hot tub but it was closed and they don't tell you until you walk in to check in. Thankfully the room was ok and the staff was very nice. They should inform guests before they book it that the pool and hot tub will be closed

Check in went smoothly. The night clerk was friendly. Easy parking. Room was a little chilly, but we didn’t attempt to adjust the heater. We requested an ironing board and received one. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was free and worked fine.

We pre paid for a room on the Wyndham cite. When we got to the motel we walked into a sign that says be back in 15 min. Anyone could wonder through the hotel off the street. totally unsafe. We got there at 2:10 someone finally got there at 2:30. and said nothing to us so I asked are you on duty? What's your name? he said Chris and you can come back at 3 no early check in. We asked can we wait in pool area since we are early he said no cause you need a key. which they could have let us in. I asked to speak to a manager. He never answered and walked away to back office. When he came back out we asked again for a manager. He said he wasn't talking to us and if we don't like the hotel to cancel our reservation and to leave or he will call the police. We said ok then give us our money back he refused to serve us so we called the police. Come to find out he lied about his name his name is Dave R and is the manager. The police talked to them to refund us and they refused and said no refunds. however they refused to give us our room. but took our money. When we called Wyndham cooperate they said there is nothing they can do because its a private owner. Please be careful. after this experience we found out that this manager does this all the time. total scam. There is no one at front desk overnight hotel is wide open to anyone to walk in

I had an awful experience at La Quinta Inn West Long Branch, and the manager, Giovan, is the reason why. He was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, refusing to help me with a basic issue and even hung up on me when I tried to resolve it. If you want to be treated with respect as a paying customer, do not stay here. Management like Giovan has no place in hospitality and needs to be held accountable.
