Envue Autograph Collection

Had our wedding at the Envue -- was a great experience and would recommend! The rooms with the views of the New York City are amazing, and the ballroom was top notch for our Sangeet event. The rooftop was breathtaking for our Haldi event, and provided dramatic views

Location is perfect, front of the ferry station. 10$ / person one way. Really worth it to go , 10min walk to from Vessel , Hudson Yard. Parking is easy. Only thing is very negative: room floors was very dirty carpet also bathroom floor. Bathroom sink we saw so many hairs, soap holder so dusty. What is really sad for 500$ per night :( Cleaning must be better!!!! Overall i highly recommend to everyone to stay and enjoy the view ❤️

Disappointed with this Marriott Hotel. The room they gave us was awful. The bed spring was broken, the sink was ripping out of the wall and the paint is peeling. The room vent had a rattling noise. It's very strange that Marriott would call this an "autograph collection" hotel. The service was more or less not caring. The only good thing was the restaurant. Honestly this hotel makes me question why have loyalty to the Bonvoy program and switch to Hilton. I did address my concern and they apologized, but doesn't really remedy the situation. The room I stayed in was 747. Don't stay here if they assign it, ask for a different room. This hotel was an embarrassment to Marriot brand.

Beautiful Atmosphere at Envue, But Service Was Disappointing (April 13–14, 2025) Envue, Autograph Collection has a truly beautiful atmosphere — warm, stylish, and inviting. The location and overall vibe are impressive. However, the service unfortunately did not live up to the same standard during our stay on April 13–14, 2025. The staff seemed tense and unapproachable, almost as if they were forced to be there. Questions were answered reluctantly, often with a rude or dismissive attitude. When we asked for help, we were met with cold responses that made us feel unwelcome. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel rather than outside, but it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We were given the wrong orders multiple times — food meant for other tables ended up on ours. When we finally received our correct order, I asked for tea but only received a tea bag without any hot water. We also requested bread, which only arrived toward the end of breakfast. The biggest disappointment came when we arrived at our room. It had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and even breadcrumbs on the floor. We were too exhausted from a long trip to request a room change, but honestly, this is not something I expected from a hotel of this standard. Such a shame — Envue has so much potential, but the service experience really fell short of expectations.

It was a wonderful 3 days spent at this hotel. We arrived late that evening and The front desk staff Chris got us checked in quickly. He gave us some food options that were close by and open at that time. The room was great, housekeeping staff was friendly and took care of our needs without hesitation. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Our view of the city was just outright beautiful, you really couldn’t ask for more. With the ferry right outside, we were able to go into the city and not have to drive (tolls and traffic), just relax on the ferry. When it’s time to go to American Dream, it was 25-30min away All of the staff we encountered was magnificent and assisted us on any request we had, top notch service. Going forward, this will be our hotel when we come back to the tristate area anytime. I can only imagine what summertime is like being so close to the water. Looking forward to it. Thank Envue staff and management for making this experience well worth the cost.
