I had the most disgusting and unpleasant experience at this hotel. At bedtime, my child pulled out the sofa bed and discovered a used condom—a shocking and absolutely unacceptable indication of the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and attention to basic hygiene. I spoke with the manager, Brenda, who admitted that the cleaning staff had failed to do their job. Despite this admission, no form of compensation was offered. This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be leaving a review on EVERY social media platform.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms and the amenities are excellent, but what makes it outstanding is the front desk staff. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Brendel leads by example. She made us feel like VIPs! If we are ever back this way, I would certainly stay here again. Thank you! Anne Afzali

The front desk staff are so friendly. Shout out to Dimitri and Ana for their friendliness. Diana in housekeeping so kind and helpful! Valet wonderful and efficient . Hotel clean, safe , good location. My fav in the area . Pool is nice and big. Lobbies large modern, easy access to NYC and free parking!!! The professional staff and old fashioned customer service makes this place the best!

We checked in at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready ( check in time was 3:00 PM) Instead of making us wait they upgraded us to a larger suite with NYC views. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was decent. Fee parking in the adjacent garage is a plus.

This is our home away from home…… What better place to come to where you can relax and enjoy every accommodation. The front desk is efficient and stress free when checking in. Smiles and welcomes from the staff are plentiful. The rooms are clean and sanitized. The beds are comfortable. We especially enjoy breakfast. A variety of food, coffees teas and juices and condiments. Fresh bagels and bread. Oatmeal is delicious. So lucky to have Minire on board. We look for her whenever we come. Such a joy to have around. So friendly and helpful to others. Simply delightful.
