Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck Glenpointe

I’m on business staying at this hotel for a month. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. In particular I would like to recognize Senaida who works preparing and maintaining the breakfast. She is always there with a smile and morning greetings. Great service! Thank you Senaida !

Our one night stay exceeded our expectations - front desk staff was very friendly and informative, the room was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the free valet and parking garage. Free breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns. The shower water pressure was amazing and the location was great, very close to Holy Name Medical Center. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We stopped for one night while traveling south. This was a last minute stop, but our experience was so memorable that we will probably make this our go to hotel when visiting NY in the future. The room was smaller than we hoped for but comfortable and the complimentary valet was a good touch. Our most memorable interaction that truly defined this stay for us was in the breakfast area with Senaida who immediately made my children very conformable (gave them crayons and engaged them in conversation that made them very happy :). She gave suggestions of things to do in the city and she was all around a pleasure to interact with. The breakfast itself was standard, but very well stocked at all times. My recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck Glenpointe exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The hotel's location was also a major plus. It's conveniently situated near major highways, making it easy to get around the area. There are also several restaurants and shops within walking distance, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The hotel offers a comfortable, convenient and well-equipped environment, coupled with friendly and efficient service.

Over all this hotel is fair value providing you book in advance (~$160 a night is probably fair). I would call it a high-end 2 star hotel. + Room is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. Coffee always on offer for free. Great location close to the highway (nothing else to do in Teaneck which is basically a commuter town to NYC). - Blankets are thin, sheets are a polyester blend. Room was a little drafty - used the extra pillows to place at the foot of the door. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER! Water was warm but never got hot. I tried to shower in the evening, late at night and in the morning and each time the water was warm but not hot.
