Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park

This hotel was an incredible stay! It was clean and free of any issues. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I needed to. It was a fantastic weekend getaway!

Frist 2 set of keys did not open the door. Need to change rooms. Lobby has breakfast for purchase - disaster. *Poor food quality *Water is tap water and smell and taste of chlorine. * Coffee undrinkable - has oil floating in the cup. * Asked for refund and I was refused. Bathroom water is not hot, and shower head is about to fall off from the wall. Staff is okay. New management needed. I do not recommend this hotel.

As a Hilton Gold member, I travel to Hiltons often. Rather than my usual Hilton choice in NJ, I decided to book here. My initial experience was excellent - being welcomed nicely and felt appreciated as a Hilton honors member right out of the gate. Unfortunately, they hotel have a drop on the basics of housekeeping. However, rather than not handling it right, the evening team and the general manager did a nice "service recovery". Mistakes happen and I judge service as much by how issues are handled as by whether they do occur (mistakes can happen). As a result, I will definitely give this place a try again. Good location with highway access, easy parking, very friendly staff, close to a great park.....

Five stars! Spacious, clean room. Not a new hotel, but lots of upgrades -- new, high-quality shower, new bathroom vanity, new ergonomic desk chair, etc. Large and bright lobby with lots of places to work. Outstanding front desk staff, invariably friendly and efficient even under pressure. The only drawback is the proximity to I-95, where the highway noise is inescapable even in the upper rooms.

My second stay here. Check in was slow but very helpful and welcoming. The property seems a bit tired, but it's a standard HGI build. The location is convenient but only if you have a car. NJTK is very close, you can cross over via a side road and find restaurants in Ridgefield Park, and there is a park at the end of the road for walking and running, which is quite nice (and large). Plenty of parking. You overlook the highway, so it's a little noisy but won't keep you up. The internet barely made it to my room and was not working at all in the AM. This is always an automatic downgrade for me. You have to have good WIFI in every room.
