Ramada by Wyndham West Atlantic City

Nope i won’t come back. I had been a customer for a long time but this time nope i won’t rent rooms at Ramada in Pleasantville. First of all manager charged my card 336.00 when i went back he said “computer over charged me for dog” That he was going to fix it .When i booked it was 69.70 per night and 30 dollars for service dog for two days. It was 219.70. Well i arrived and room was decent. First night ok next morning we got up and left all day when we come back the bed wasn’t made , room wasn’t clean, bathroom wasn’t clean. They took dirty towels and took trash out and didn’t left clean towels . I ended up calling for toilet paper and extra towels at 6:00 PM and when i left only decdut 11.00 dollars out of 217 .00 that the bill was so i ended up paying 206.00

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable and big they're a pet friendly hotel and I took my dog and he enjoyed himself. Definitely will do it again. Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was literally about 15-20 minutes away from everything.

Got a jacuzzi room with a king bed. Spent hours relaxing in the jetted tub. Room was on the small side, but clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had a good variety with hot foods. Price was right. Pet friendly. Very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

What. A. Dump. They make everything look so nice in photos but it turns out just the opposite. Just disgusting, honestly. There's "stuff" stained on the walls, other areas too. It smelled horrible. Riff raff hanging around inside and outside. So dirty.

the beds were very comfortable & the water gets hot really quick! also, the bathroom toiletries are dove & the little soap bar is so cute! it was quiet even though we were in the outside building. they also serve breakfast in the mornings and have guest laundry available! 🙂
