Hampton Inn Paramus

The hotel was nice. My only thing was my first night was $153 and my second night was $177..... nothing was different. We didn't even have the help come in to add new towels or anything. Breakfast was decent but the staff was extremely helpful and nice!!! Thank you Kym

First, the heat was almost impossible to adjust in our room but the noise the unit made, non-stop, was like a jet taking off. So very annoying. Second, there was no Netflix, Max, Prime, Hulu, etc. to log into. We only had their basic TV guide to try to find a watchable program or movie. Very disappointing. There were lots of religious stations though. Third, at 11:15 PM we were awaken by an abusive mother screaming at the top of her lungs at her little girl, probably around 10 years old, several doors down our hallway. The poor girl kept saying "Mommy" over & over again. Her mother was out of her mind & (maybe) very drunk?? I would have approached this mother but it would not have ended well. I called the front desk who simply said "I will call the room" but it continued. Finally after about 30 minutes Mommy Dearest probably passed out due to her exhaustive screaming or the booze. Then we woke up at 4 AM by our next door neighbors slamming their door, like very very hard. Did they have a fight? I gave this "inn" a star for their included breakfast which wasn't bad. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again when we visit NJ from PA.

Warning! This hotel has cameras above changing room the bottom of the pool looks like it has never been cleaned and very dirty staines on bedroom floor, second bed not made even thou requested, the washer/dryer does not work and is filthy, the pillows barely have any stuffing in and not enough bedding in hotel to make the second bed even thou it was on the booking? manager not interested in request to make it right took three days of calling the hotel for him to finally answer the phone even though supplied telephone number and email address I requested that he put his response in email and refuses to do so have been told by him to contact my card company with his words “not that they will be interested” Having read the comments on here by the claimed manager i have added further pictures that luckily i still had showing that his statement is not right! You can clearly see the sofa bed is not made up in the pictures unlike what the hotel manager states as you can see the bedding is there for me to have to do myself! You can also see heavy staining on the carpets! And it’s clear for all to see the dryer already! In addition the hotel has continued to deny that i raised these issues as to get out of the make it right guarantee as the hotel has not honoured this. I could have gone further with the review but i kept to things that i could clearly demonstrate on here as there is other issues like a peculiar smell in the room, i am just happy that i did not catch fleas like the other commenter on here states!

The staff is the friendliest I've seen and the breakfast is amazing with such a huge selection! Very clean hotel with very clean, spacious rooms and a comfy bed. No issues. Would recommend to anyone. Very close to all the highways and malls too!!

Every time I called with a question or request about my reservation they were friendly and fast in following up. Very professional and accommodating Breakfast was good and in a comfortable room. TV not too loud. Hotel solidly built so pretty quiet between rooms
