Think twice before you stay at this hotel, it was very dirty and smelled like there was a dead rodent in our room. More importantly, it had homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Therefore, this created a major concern regarding my family's safety since they did not have security guards in the hotel or parking lot. We cut our evenings short to make sure we were back in our rooms early. For the amount I paid, I wish we had stayed elsewhere this was not a good experience. I did receive a call from the manager that basically tried to brush it under the rug. Now I'm being advised the homeless looking person was waiting for a money transfer. If this is Staybridge Suites brand, I will never stay at their hotel again.

The atmosphere was surreal at the Staybrdige Suties, breakfast and weekly dinners amazing. The staff were always looking out for my team and visiting friends. April, Lily, and managers gave me the quietest room, took my fed ex packages and arranged tours to Phillies Games and Palmyra sailing club. The BBQ area and outside lounge was a great hang out after a long day at the office.

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby for half an hour after checking on the status of our room twice. The room had a very strong cooking odor that wasn't remedied by opening the windows or using air fresheners we bought ourselves. The smell was so strong that it permeated our clothing. After some negotiation with the manager, we were able to move to a better suite on a lower floor. This made the room more noisy, but we were grateful that it smelled better. The breakfast had limited options, but we made the best of it. I had a very confusing phone call while in Philadelphia with my family saying that our room couldn't be cleaned because we didn't crate our dog. We don't have a dog.. so not sure how that confusion occurred. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations from staying at other Staybridge properties.

For $200+ with tax, etc. we got a dirty room (#212) with badly worn, stained, and ripped furniture, filthy floors, and dirty dishes in the kitchenette. Never took my shoes off. Front desk said all rooms were in the same shape. We passed what appeared to be a streetwalker (thigh-high fishnet stockings and a skirt so short you could see their rear end) loitering in the halls. The bed appeared to be clean, but was worn out and sagging. There appears to be long-term "guests" with many children living there - perhaps on public assistance? We checked out the next day without showering to avoid skin contact with the shower floor. Just gross. Oh, save the boilerplate response Staybridge - you know what is going on at this hotel, and I'm writing this review so everyone else does too.

a good experience beside the breakfast which is minimal and also be described as unacceptable. the room (studio with two rooms) are fine, also here housekeeping does not work in time. the hotel is located in a loud environment so someone should try to get a room at a suitable side.
