The room was clean and roomy. It was convenient to the staircase near the pet area which I appreciated. The price of having a pet in the room is reasonable. The desk clerk responded quickly to my call at 10 pm that a contractor outside my window was using his power tools at that time of the night. He was asked by the clerk to call it a night and that resolved that problem. Improvement is needed with the king size mattress in my room. It visually appears caved in, in the center. Also the bed is too close to the air vent because the air blows forcefully on whoever is on that side I would stay again in the hotel but never again on that mattress.

The staff is horrible, towels sheets and room was dirty , smelled like smoke and they donât give you your deposit back , they donât tell you anything and the staff is rude they ignore you then give you a attitude when you ask for service , then say you can dirty the towels or sheets.. place will racially profile you and give you trouble for things that arenât your fault..

We enjoyed our brief 1-night stay with our dog and really liked our Queen Room. It was spacious, which made our stay very comfortable for all of us. Standard continental breakfast with great coffee. Our âpet friendlyâ room had faux hardwood floors which was very, very nice. We were also right near the exit door which was near the small-fenced dog area that supplied doggie bags, but we preferred to walk our dog on the side street because the dog play area had a lot of poop in it and was not safe to walk in. Great stay!

Early check in request was not honored. The price booking.com charged me was not honored hotel charged me more. No internet code given upon check-in. Only 3 towels in room. Both front desk clerks said different things. Needless to say I won't be back.

This hotel was an excellent stay, very clean and courteous staff. I had a small problem the first night and the desk clerk Patricia helped me out with no problems and a smile. Everyone who works here is very pleasant, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I will be coming back again and again
