Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Laurel Philadelphia

I recently stayed 4 night at this Comfort Inn. There was no housekeeping. The walls are paper tihn and you can hear the guest in the other rooms. On the 4th night the police were called for a disturbance on my floor due to a couple fighting. Again at 4:00AM this same couple started yelling, bouncing around the room, running up and down the hallway, banging on the door. I tried to call down to the front desk but the hotel phone did not work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk, there was no answer and received a recording 3 times. I was afraid to leave my room for fear they were in the hallway. I contacted the manager the day after I check out and never got to speak to her, I called three times twice was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, called I third time she would not take my call. NEVER stay at this brand of hotel again.

I had a terrible experience with Comfort Inn & Suites in Mt. Laurel due to their dishonest and inconsiderate customer service. I initially made a mistake while booking and called to modify the date. The manager refused to modify the reservation but told me the only way to cancel it was to make a new reservation for the correct date. Trusting them, I did exactly that. Unfortunately, three days before my check-in, my wife got COVID and the flu. When I called to cancel the reservation, they refused, saying the only way to cancel was to make another future reservation. Desperate and unwell, I followed their instructions—only to be told afterward that none of my reservations would be canceled, and I was charged multiple times. When I explained this to the front desk, they admitted that they made me book a future reservation just to cancel the first one, but now they suddenly claimed their boss wouldn’t allow it. So, despite making me follow their exact instructions, they refused to honor what they told me earlier. To make things worse, even after we called multiple times to cancel, they later called my wife asking if she was still planning to check in—despite us clearly stating she had the flu and COVID. When I called again to clarify, the front desk rudely dismissed me, saying they "cannot discuss this any further" because they "have other work to do", and then the representative hung up on me! This hotel took advantage of my situation, misled me into making more reservations, and refused to provide any flexibility despite my sickness. Their lack of compassion, deceptive policies, and outright rudeness cost me hundreds of dollars. Avoid this place at all costs if you value honesty and decent customer service!

We are Diamond members with Hilton and Platinum members with Marriott and IHG. Never will we stay at a Choice hotel again. Last year we stayed at hotels for over 250 nights for our business, and we travel with our two dogs. We paid in advance for six nights, along with the pet fee. We were told to leave after two nights because our dogs were playing and barking for 5-10 minutes. Never, ever have we ever been forced to leave a hotel. And, never, ever will we stay at a Choice hotel ever again.

Booked room online after we called hotel direct and were told to get better price had to book online. This was for our daughter and her family who was on way home from visit . we booked 2 days before and money was charged to our card and money deducted called morning and room confirmed. this was a 9 hr drive to hotel. When they got there they were denied a room because they didnt have the physical credit card which was booked with We even spoke with the desk lady and she said they had to use another card to get the room this caused alot of anxiety for my daughter . We wrote an email to corporate but heard no response to this matter to date.( one month later) Will not stay at this or any other Comfort Inn which we do on our trips up north . Note we booked her room coming down at a comfort inn (not this one) and had no problem Maybe they should have a consistant policy so people dont get blindsided after a long drive. Very disappointed with how this was handled.BEWARE!

It was okay but the people are rude and unknown people that want to stay here book the room why your in that room which is sad I would be careful when it comes to booking hotels it's not about the size and look of the hotel it's always about how the person treats you :/
