Mitchell with luggage services was very courteous and super helpful while we were checking in and settling down in the room. He gave us a nice welcome and gave us local recommendations for our questions. We look forward to such welcoming services as we visit again in near future.

Service is excellent (specially Mitchell up front), food and drink are also excellent and a great lobby with Starbucks etc. Couldnāt get anything printed besides a boarding pass which I didnāt need. Dealbreaker is the pillows. They have transitioned to the extremely thick ones some of the other Marriott properties have as well and they are not possible to sleep with for me. I think only a 200 pound tall human could? Water bottle for reference and they donāt squish in. Whose neck can withstand that angle?

I found this hotel to be very clean and accommodating. Anthony the doorman was a wonderful addition to my stay. His attentiveness when we arrived to assist with baggage. As well as his wonderful attitude to his job. Made me feel like family were here to make my stay enjoyable

Horrible room. I have stayed in Weston Hotels before but never again. On my current trip I stayed at a Holiday Inn , Hyatt Place and Express Suites all of which were significantly larger and more modern and very much more comfortable. This stay at Weston was just a waste of money. Please feel free to contact me.

The staff at the Westin Governor Morris was incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive. They created a fantastic environment and experience for my family's wedding weekend. Thank you to Christina and Dennis for being responsive and diligent in their planning for the event!
