Perfect Winter getaway , excellent food, spa, welcoming friendly staff . Plenty of parking. Beautiful Oceanfront room. Quiet rooms, great location , guests are pleasant. Wi-Fi is excellent. Generous porch of food. Breakfast is excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was HORRIBLE! I planned a romantic weekend to celebrate Valentine’s Day and my wife’s birthday (Feb 15th), but it quickly turned into a disaster. Dining Disaster After check-in, we went to the hotel restaurant, only to experience extremely slow service because they had just one server for the entire restaurant. The poor woman was clearly struggling—she seemed exhausted, was stopping to sip water between tables, and had difficulty moving around. When we asked about the staffing issue, she explained that management only schedules staff based on reservations, not the fact that it was a busy holiday weekend. Room Issues & Maintenance Mayhem When we finally got to our room, the heat wasn’t working. We called the front desk, and after about 10 minutes, a maintenance worker arrived and began taking apart the unit in the room. He mentioned that the system was “new” but needed occasional resets. After realizing the compressor might not be working, he called for backup. Another worker arrived 10 minutes later, and now instead of enjoying our romantic getaway, my wife and I were stuck in our room with two maintenance workers trying to fix a heating system that was supposedly new. RIDICULOUS! After they got the heat working (temporarily), they left—but their odor lingered in the room. So now, in freezing temperatures, I had to open the balcony door and fan the room to get rid of the stench. I was LIVID. Then, I went to wash my hands and discovered the sink drained slowly—yet another issue! Freezing Night & Bathroom Fiasco After deciding to sleep and start fresh in the morning, we were FREEZING overnight because the heat stopped working again! OUTRAGEOUS! The next morning, my wife wanted to take a shower and the water kept fluctuating between hot, warm, and freezing cold. On her birthday! This was the last straw—we checked out immediately! No Response from Management & Final Verdict I requested a full refund, and two days later, I still haven’t heard from management. While the hotel looks nice in pictures and has a great beachfront location, I strongly recommend staying at The Wave Hotel down the street. I have no affiliation with them, but my experience there was far superior, especially for the price this hotel charges. Do yourself a favor—STAY ELSEWHERE!

Lovely 4 night getaway during slow season at the beach. The location was perfect, walkable to Pier Village for shopping and dining, which I had to do as the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner during my stay in early February. Hotel food was quite good and staff were very attentive. All the staff - reservations, front desk, restaurant/bar, spa - were extremely friendly and helpful. Spa experience was well run and the spa services were very enjoyable. Would definitely return!

I’m not very happy ! Room was good! But service and management are unsatisfying Especially bad experience with SPA. Uncomfortable lounge room! There are non small snacks for coffee. Very dirty blankets! And steam room is out of order. But prices are extremely high!

This hotel did not honor its agreement to cancel my reservation. My wife became ill ten days prior to our planned arrival. We decided to cancel our trip and I called the hotel to cancel our reservation approximately 8 days prior to arrival. I was first told that there is a ten-day window to cancel and since it was only 8 days I couldn't cancel. I explained our health issue and was finally allowed to cancel and given a cancellation number. They charged my credit card anyway. I called again after I saw the charge on my account and was told that it was a mistake and that I would receive a credit in 5 to 7 days, which i never received. I called and wrote to them and was now told that the charges were not going to be credited at all. When i reviewed my notes with customer service management and the names of the agent's that I spoke with I was told that since I didn't have anything in writing they wouldn't honor the cancellation request even though I was able to furnish the cancellation number ; so I'm out $508.93 Shame on them!!

Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception desk and lift access. Culinary options here include a café, a bar, and a restaurant from which it is possible to enjoy panoramic views over the Atlantic. Guests may make use of the Internet connection via WLAN or the room and laundry services. Parking spaces are also on offer to those arriving by car.The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a radio. Tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a hire safe, and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
