I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review. I waited three weeks reached out to corporate reached out to this particular location because I found bugs in my room. The sheets were ripped there was stains on the towels and the sheets. They even called me a liar and the email that they sent back to me after not responding to me for 3 weeks when I contacted them which is why I finally reached out to corporate. Furthermore I did notify them I called them at the front desk. The young kid working at the desk did offer to move me but unfortunately I just drove 6 hours after working an 8-hour shift and I had covid and I just wanted to lay down. These people are absolutely ridiculous I would choose never to stay at this location again. Which is pretty sad I work at a hotel myself so I'm pretty understanding even though I work at a high scale hotel that treats people with respect and we try to do everything we can in our establishment to help people unlike this particular location. So I am sorry that I worked an 8-hour shift drove 6 hours head covid and inconvenience them because I feel like my room should have been ready I put some of the dead bugs that I found on a tissue for them I took pictures now I'm attaching it for the whole world to see and not just corporate and the location very disappointing shame on this establishment

this room was 118 plus tax. bed was just good enough to sleep in. no bugs. no mold. HOWEVER... the managmennt accidentally double billed me and refused to refund. I wrote 14+ emails to guestin@redroof.com and they could not resolve the issue. My advice is to pay cash. Dont trust the manager in freehold. Go to another place

Save your money!! I reserved a room for 5 nights at the Red Roof Inn in Free Hold NJ based on the pictures I have seen. When I arrived, I first observed the building and parking lot to be very dirty. I entered the lobby and again, it was dirty. Rehan, the "manager" only provided one key to the room and had to ask for another. First appearance of the room was somewhat nice. After a closer look, there was cob webs, dirt, spiders, and what appeared to be blood on the wall. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling. We photographed the room then exited to cancel our reservation. We spoke to Rehan, the "manager," and showed him the pictures. He did not believe the room was dirty but stated he will show us another room. When we arrived at the second room, Rehan opened the door to the second room, peaked in, then immediately shut the door. When asked if someone was in the room, he said no then opened a third room. Inside the third room, we immediately saw the same issues as the first room. Rehan argued with us stating the room was clean. We used Priceline to schedule the trip. Rehan begged us to call Priceline and tell them we couldnt accept the room due to a "family emergency." The reason was so the hotel could still get paid and we could get a refund. Rehan stated this was the only way we can get our money back. We spoke to Priceline was told them the truth about the entire incident. Priceline called the Red Roof Inn to confirm out cancelation. The Priceline representative told us we can get our refund after they get confirmation. The manager Rehan hung up the phone on Priceline. Overall, do not stay at this hotel. Please see the attached photos of the room. Thanks

The staff is soo rude. They watch everything you do. Everytime we saw the namaste woman. (That is all she said) she asked if we were checking out. She did this for 24 hours. ... Was told my dogs would be ok to be there, then when we got there they were not allowed. Together they weigh 12lbs. And one is 17 years old she doesn't know what is happening. So we were told to hide one. The day were were leaving the namaste woman asked if were checking out again. When I said yes she pushed her way passed me into the room to check the tip envelope.... then proceeded to tell me I forgot something. I didnt forget anything. I didnt tip because the room wasn't that clean to begin with and not only that you didn't clean the room for the 24 hours I stayed there. If you have any respect for yourselves, your safety and your wallet do not stay here. And here's a tip for namaste lady. Don't ever ask for a tip. Especially when you didnt work for it.
