Home2 Suites by Hilton Bordentown

Came here for a cheer competition. Upon arrival the front of the hotel had a cute outdoor sectional sofa, the fire pit was roaring, I thought, wow, the cheer group really made a nice choice here. I walked in to the lobby and was smacked in the face with the overwhelming scent of Fabuloso. Not great, but I thought, hey atleast it’s clean. Then we enter our room… stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bed spreads. I’m not thrilled at this point but whatever it’s just one night. Then I go to put my daughter in bed, pull back the sheets and there’s 2 long strands of black hair and pretzel crumbs!!!! These shirts have clearly not been changed. I call the front desk, tell them I need someone to change my sheets and she says she will just change us to a different floor. I decline because I have already unpacked everything and I tell her I’ll change the sheets myself. She brings up a ball of sheets, not folded just all balled up. I put them on, and realize she only brought sheets for 1 bed and no pillow cases. I called her back and she literally must’ve had to wash more sheets, it took an hour for her to bring up a second set of sheets and the pillow cases. And they acted like I was just asking for for towels when I called. Like no big deal we didn’t change your sheets after the last guests.

I arrived to the hotel to find out that they had no water. The girl at the desk offered to cancel without charge. I asked her when did she find out that there was no water and she said the knew from the prior day. I then asked why I wasn't notified prior to arrival. She then told me she had just begun calling and had not gotten to me yet. I asked her where was she sending me and she said "you can look on your app and book yourself".

We were on our way back to upstate New York from a vacation in Florida and wanted a clean and comfortable place for just a night. We were looking for a hotel for our teenage boys to get out and burn some energy after a long drive and a place with comfortable sit-down restaurants nearby. This hotel had everything we were looking for. The boys loved the basketball court, rooms and common areas were very clean. The water that came out of our sink seemed a little rusty at first, but everything else exceeded our standards for one night stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the breakfast was amazingly fresh and had alot of variety. Our teenage boys love a good breakfast, and they were very pleased with the selection and freshness of all of the breakfast items. We found a great sports bar nearby, Chickie’s and Pete’s (highly recommended!). We will definitely stay at this place again.

I’m a Diamond member. Stayed here for two nights and held my company meeting here too. I asked for a 4 pm checkout and was denied. I was told the cleaning staff leaves at 3 pm, so I can check out at 1 pm. Perhaps the cleaning staff can pay the bill next time? You may want to run your hotel around the customer and not the cleaning staff. This is not tough to figure out.

We stopped here for one night on our way to a morning flight out of JFK (we live in southwest PA). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Exactly what we've come to expect from a Home2 Suites. I would stay here again if we are passing through.
