The Asbury Hotel

The Asbury Hotel was perfect for my companies first offsite trip. They accommodated all of our needs. The meeting space was very large, and our favorite part about it was that the doors open to a cute outside area! We had a portion of our meetings outside in the fresh air and sunlight :) The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The lobby has such a cool vibe with the furniture and decor. We will surely be returning soon.

Nice hotel. Great location by the beach. Enjoyed the wedding venue as well as the diner on the property. I would be sure to stay here on next visit to Asbury Park. It is in the middle of the beach area and easy walk to all the main locations, restaurants and bars.

The staff in the hotel were amazing, but the hotel itself wasn't all that we had hoped. The rooms are very basic, the furniture is sparse and has a feel of Ikea, there is no coffee machine in the rooms and storage is limited, also because this is an older building that was converted there are very limited outlets in each room. We were there in April and both the rooftop and the pool were closed - these were a big reason that we had chosen this hotel - also the bowling alley was open on certain days so that wasn't open during our stay either. The parking options offered were to park on the street (there are meters you need to pay through the app) or to pay around $35 a night for valet parking, even though on the site we booked through said there was an option to park your own car in the lot. That said, the communal spaces that were open were lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our visit. The things i am listing above are the things that i wish I had known before booking.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff to us and our Pup. Great breakfast sandwiches and iced lattes in the lobby. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Also helpful front desk set up the sign in the lobby for us and corrected the year without any issues. Thanks for a great stay!
