Well we arrived to check in and when we told the valet that we did not need him to valet the car, he said we needed to move it to a spot on the street and offered to move it himself. And pointed us to a spot and said thereās two hour parking there. While we were checking in, we got a $35 ticket for parking on the street, felt like kind of a set up. Punishment for not valeting the car ( that we needed an hour later). Also when we made a reservation last month there was no mention the property would be under construction and there was no restaurant or bar service available- might have changed our decision on staying here. Location was where we needed to be, front desk staff was nice and room was as expected but overall visit did not leave a good impression.

the hotel is under construction, it really should be closed! plastic hanging all over the front entrance, no restaurant, pool is not opened, the receptionist are sitting at a table with wire all over the place! Kathy Hilton would not stay in her own hotel! At least tell people who book that you under construction! very disappointing stay at the Hilton!

This hotel is under 100% construction. This should not be open. Stay somewhere else. I asked very nicely to cancel my reservation. They refused. Awful and very dissappointed in Hilton. The entire first two floors are uninhabitable. Very poor customer service.

Terrible value for the money. The staff is rude. Go somewhere else. Many hotels in the area are significantly better. The general manager does not care about your experience. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are outdated, and they are overcharging you. You may have a seamless experience, but if you have any issue at all. you will wish you booked somewhere else

I am very disappointed with my experience. I stayed at this hotel for three nights (2/10 - 2/13) for a work trip. Several team members were meeting from out of town and this was the hotel recommended to them as well. None of us were informed that the hotel would be under construction during our stay upon booking. Instead, we arrived to almost the entire first floor being inaccessible except for the front desk. All amenities were unavailable including the restaurant, gym, pool, spa, and even the ice machines. The halls were dirty with construction dust and stairwells inaccessible. And the staff did not even act like there was any issue at all, or apologize for the inconvenience. It seems like they should not be renting out rooms in this hotel at the same time as large scale renovation is occurring if there are no amenities and the construction is a huge eyesore and inconvenience for guests, as well as a potential safety hazard. At the very least they should have warned people in advance, and significantly discounted the room rate. Additionally, the first room they put me in smelled like smoke, and the duvet covers on the bed both looked like all the threads were coming out of them. I asked to move rooms and luckily the second room smelled normal but the duvet covers were the same. So I guess this hotel is just ok with having ratty looking duvets.
