Even Hotels Manchester Airport an IHG Hotel

The people that work here are nice when you stay but are extremely rude and careless when you need help locating an item. Absolutely disheartened by this experience. Will never be personally or professionally staying here again. Check out my google review on this terrible place for more…

there are so many things to say that great about this place. One the design to the rooms themselves have exercise equipment like a Pilates ball and yoga stuff and rubber band workout things. Staff is excellent. The restaurant is food is very good. Layout is just amazing hallways rooms exercise room everything is clean designed well there’s inspirational sayings everywhere. I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this place this will be my hotel of choice everywhere I go if they have one

I had never heard of this hotel chain and checked out reviews before finalizing our stay which was just an overnight. I was pleasantly surprised at the exercise equipment in the room, clean room, comfortable bed and most of all the wonderful breakfast what was so special with this breakfast is the eggs were just beautiful and they do not fry their food but bake. The waiter Sanket was awesome. Would definitely stay again in one this hotel. Minor repairs could be made to the bathroom tile but that is not something new in our travels. I will attach some photos.

As I get older and see the changes in hotels geared towards Millenials, where style is more important than substance, i see how this chain is positioning themselves in the IHG lineup: young, hip, healthy, and active. The rooms have workout equipment in them and the gym is well appointment. The food in the restaurant (closed on Sundays and Mondays??) is healthy. Otherwise, the rooms feel gimmicky, the workout equipment takes up space so the ice bucket, cups, micro, coffee maker, etc. are all jammed on the desk, making it hard to spread out and work....but hey it looks. And all the cutesy phrases on the walls in the rooms and the halls: Sleep Well. Dream Big....well it just reminds me of stuff I could pick up at Walmart...but perhaps it appeals to the young generations.... The hotel is quiet, the family running it are trying to keep a rapidly aging hotel up (wallpaper peeling, leather lounging chairs taped up, and more....this feels like a hampton inn or a Courtyard and I see those as 2.5 stars....One of the things I will praise this hotel for is the rooms keep out outside noise which is nice.

One of the best experiences I had in the US. I have been to NH with my family for a function and I stayed at Even hotels. The overall vibe of the hotel is very fresh and positive.The management staff is very helpful. Especially Sam is very warm and welcoming. We had a toddler with us but he made sure we are comfortable and he was always attentive.
