Tru by Hilton Concord

Clean, spacious room with fridge. Large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were good, lovely fresh fruit and plenty of baked goods to choose from. Tea/coffee facilities available 24/7. Liked the water fountain and ice machine, all conveniently located. Would recommend.

This was our first time staying at Tru (usually we book a room at a Hampton Inn), so we weren't sure what to expect. The most important thing to us -- cleanliness of the room -- did not disappoint! There was not much space for two people to get around easily, and the lack of a closet (nor any drawers to put clothes in) was a little unexpected, but that was ok. We spent such little time in the room that it really didn't matter. I must make special mention of the very kind and friendly woman at the front desk during the day. She was wonderful, and offered some suggestions as to what we should see while we were in the area. Our stay was definitely a pleasant experience. My only disappointment was the lack of some amenities in the room.

We booked hesitantly due to complaints regarding size of rooms. Price, location and being new won out. This place is wonderful! Great staff, super cute decor and a dang good breakfast. The rooms are tight but their use of space and the amount of hooks and shelving made up for it. Restaurant that shares the parking lot is decent with a full bar. Would come back if we were in the area.

Trendy budget hotel brand, lacking standard amenities, at a premium price. I travel frequently and generally like Hilton properties, so I tried Tru branded hotel while traveling through Concord, NH - for the first, and now last time. First, it's seriously overpriced, even compared to much nicer and roomier Hilton brands. Our room was tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was not enough room for two people to pass side by side. The furniture looked like it came from a DIY big box store. There was no closet, just a few hooks protruding from the already narrow corridor (that I caught my arm on 3 times) between the bed and the bathroom, and a hanger rod attached to the wall and ceiling. There was no microwave and one basic office-style chair at a small desk. The soap dispensers are about the size of a tube of caulking, and you need to squeeze them. We were generally pleased with the overall cleanliness and physical condition of the room, but otherwise we were very disappointed. Finally, the breakfast bar was attractive, but again, options were quite limited. So, if the hip minimalist dorm room vibe at a premium price is your thing, you may like this brand, otherwise stay with the tried-and-true brands and enjoy more space, more amenities, and save a little money.

Front desk was friendly n able to let us check in at 12pm. Rooms were clean . Hotel has hot breakfast included. We came here because our son had a basketball tournament but the team stayed elsewhere . I definitely would come back . They have a game area for kids .
