RUN FOR YOUR LIFE …. friendly staff (those who speak English), but horribly dated overall, other than new video gambling machines. The parking garage has trash on the ground and hasn’t been cleaned, maybe ever. The hotel / rooms are circa 1975, the room doors have no added interior security, the beds are of 1990 quality. This is a classic example of “you get what you pay for.”

Stay far, far away from this place. Everything was gross. I'm surprised they charge to stay here. It has the same feeling as staying in the back ally where all the garbage is kept. So gross! I'm embarrassed I stayed here. I will never ever be back to stay the gross Nugget. Look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Total dump! No elevator so you have to hoof it up 10 flights of stairs, no hot water in shower, tv didn’t work, just a horrible place to stay at 250 + a night. Best part, the staff/management couldn’t care less. Do yourself a favor, DON’T STAY HERE!!

The craps tables has some of the meanest dealers I have ever encountered. When the entire table is complaining you know it’s bad. Jeffrey is an extremely unhappy man who will roll his eyes in your face. It doesn’t matter how much you tip, (which we tipped well so the other dealers were at least kind.) he still slammed his stick at people, rolled his eyes, aggressively threw the dice at people, purposely gives it you on a 7 etc. I even heard him call a grown man stupid. The only exception is Roy. He is great at his job and tries really hard to keep the table positive despite his awful coworkers. The drink ladies are also awesome.
