Only stayed one night but the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to take advantage of the club room when it was open however we stopped in to check it out and it looked like it would be a nice experience.

Room was comfortable. I liked that the windows opened and gave me some fresh air. Gym was nice. I would have been completely satisfied, except for the fact that 2 nights, there was a plumbing issue, and black junk came up through the drain in my shower. It was fixed both days before I even had to call.

Check-in was easy! And the staff we're very friendly. The room was nice and large, but very dimly lit. Unfortunately, the smell of pesticides was too overwhelming. There was a cool retro mini fridge, a coffeemaker, and plenty of space. The bed was lumpy & worn. The pillows smelled like greasy old man; the pillows themselves could use a good washing to remove this odor. There were nightstands on both sides of the bed but only a power hub on one side--not good for two people to charge devices at bedside. C'mon, Hilton, upgrade this property to 21st century technology. The bathroom was very well lit and had a large shower, but the water pressure was severely lacking. The towels were nice and thick. The sink area offered plenty of counter space. The WiFi was rather slow. I like that the property doesn't have a casino and is non-smoking. I've stayed here before and I'd possibly stay again if I return to the area.

Really a nice hotel with a ton of amenities. Loved the gym and rock climbing area! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Reno area. Close to the casinos and airport.

My husband and I arrived by Uber around 8:30 am from the airport to attend a meeting at the hotel at 10 am. I went to the front desk to check in to my hotel room expecting I would not be able to enter it until that afternoon. I was told it was “Hilton policy” to charge $25 for early check-ins so that idea was nixed. We checked our bag and went to the hotel’s large restaurant to have breakfast which was good, except the women’s restroom had 3 of 6 stalls out of order. When I entered one that was working, the door did not latch; the next one had a very loose lock. Some of the bathroom sinks in both men’s and women’s restrooms on conference level were out of order and soap. I checked in to my hotel room around 12:30 pm and later saw I was charged $417 for each of 2 nights and I should have received the conference rate. Others attending the conference discovered upon arrival their reservations were cancelled for unexplained reasons. I was unable to correct my bill until check-out and upon review, I saw I was charged a valet fee of $25 for each night—I was challenged when I pointed out the error to the front desk clerk (I assured her I came in by Uber). I did ask for a late check-out to 12:30 pm but was told I would be charged $25 if I did so—again I nixed that. By the way, I am a Hilton Honors member and thought a late check-out would be accommodated. With the aforementioned said, the room was large although dark. Housekeeping was good, and generally, the conference went off without a hitch. My husband and I also received a credit of $30 a day toward food and drink purchased at the hotel. A highlight was coming back to the bar after dinner each night for an Old-fashioned. They were outstanding. The hotel lobby and conference space are inviting and have an industrial vibe. This is also a non-gaming hotel which we liked. However with the availability of other hotels in the downtown Reno area, I don’t think we will be back.
