We made a reservation for Ramada Inn online in Reno California. We drove to the location and noticed not one vehicle in the loading unloading area, which was a little strange. We then went into the motel and noticed that the water cooler with a glass front by registration was completely empty. We had to wait in line for one lady, which was the only customer in the entire large lobby. While waiting, I looked a little farther around the whole lobby. Silence, emptiness, spooky. It was soon my turn to register and I had to tell the registration clerk that I just could not stay here. It was just a little too sketchy and unsafe. She told me that I couldnāt get my money back, which was fine as I didnāt feel that it was safe to stay there. When we return to the car, there were people staring at our car. It was the kind of place where you saw druggie, sketchy people that were down and out on their luck, sitting around on the street and in the parking lot. Not only was I feeling uneasy about my own life and the life of my wife but also for the safety of my car just parked there. I would not return to this place in 100 years.

Horrible . Donāt even waste your money on this place. BAD LOCATION EVERYONE WAS ON SOMETHING HANGING AROUND LIKE ZOMBIES . The front desk lady rude . When requesting maid service they never came then when I went down to get toilet paper she only gave one when I had a group of four . Casino wasnāt even worth it . Nothing but dr*g addicts in there walking around dozing off like zombies .

Stay away unless you like being surrounded by homeless dirty people in a run-down ghetto neighborhood. This hotel looks like the setup for a crime drama. Parking lot loaded with people driving up,doing business and driving away. The hotel and the rooms themselves are dingy, old, and frightening. I couldn't take it, and after 1/2 an hour, I checked out ND ran. I lost my nights reservation, but who cares! It's cheaper than getting mugged!

Front desk were responsive and acknowledged the problems with compulsive gamblers and homeless people frequenting the casino next door. No bottled water in room. And missing bulb in bed lamp. And shower curtain rod damaged. And no WiFi in guest rooms, only the lobby had good internet.

This hotel was a dump and felt unsafe. Lots of transients out side the lobby and in the parking lot. The parking lot was dirty and not kept up. The rent a cop said she walks through the parking lot every hour. It was also non refundable. We had to watch our car from the windows.
