Home2 Suites by Hilton Reno

I went to Reno, Nevada because I was visiting family, so I chose to stay at home2 suites, and let me tell you, i was BLOWN AWAY! The room was really pretty and clean, really quiet where my room was located. The frontdesk lady, I believe her name was Jessica, was really nice and very helpful! 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

I always look to stay at home2 suite’s everywhere I travel and this one exceeded my expectations! As soon as I checked in Derek as there to answer my every question. He was very kind and professional. He was very clear and confident in his responses. I am beyond happy that this trip was a success and I will continue to love home2 suites.

Always a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past few months. Each time I enjoyed myself immensely. Great friendly and welcoming people, clean rooms, fresh and tasty breakfast. It’s my go to place when visiting Reno.

The room was a good size with kitchenette, dishwasher, large fridge & freezer, dining table that rolls up to the couch, and even a curtain to separate the sleeping area from the living room. The bathroom door is one of those trendy barn doors, and doesn't give much privacy for noise. The shower looked nice. The view was decent with the mountains, but the view on the other side of the hotel was probably of the airport. It was hard to fall asleep because we could hear the traffic below from the 4th floor and the air conditioner was very loud. Bring earplugs! In addition, the comforter and top sheet were the thinnest I've ever seen. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, but I didn't wake up with a backache, and the pillows were comfortable. The building has a feeling of being old on top of being expensive. The toilet paper is ultra thin, but at least the towels look fluffy and new. There were no employees around at 10pm, so we checked in online, but they have a store with small wine bottles and beer($6) and frozen meals and even an ice cream for dogs. The best part of our stay was the breakfast with several options uniique to Hilton -- 2 omelettes (1 was egg whiltes), 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 breakfast bowls, as well as oatmeal with toppings, a waffle maker with toppings, whole fruit, breads, cereals, and prepackaged fruits and yogurts. There was no airport shuttle, so we took a Lyft for $15; and they didn't offer any perks or water bottles for diamond members.
