Best Western Pahrump Oasis

There are not many choices for hotels in this worn out town and this was one of the better rated places. Not much close to Death Valley National Park. An absolute joke for the price. The woman running the checkin was friendly and helpful though she couldn't change our room type in the computer and thus we couldn't get a different room not on the ground floor. One positive was the breakfast was decent (actual real plates and silverware!) but that was it! The room and the whole property have seen better days though the restaurant and future brewery were nice (guess that's where they are spending their money not on the hotel!). The fridge while large was broken until I fixed it (front desk was going to have it replaced). The shower barely had hot water. Good luck with accommodations in the town of Pah-dump!

Just passing through. Stayed 1 night. Little disappointed in this particular Best Western. Old property. Could use some updating. The beds were inner spring, awful. The pillows were lumpy. The room was big and spacious. Overall clean and met our needs. Breakfast was hot and decent choices.

Hotel was very run down. Service was poor as the front desk didn't answer the phone until I called multiple times. Internet and TV didnt work - front desk claims it was from too many people staying at the hotel. They will have one less guest the next time I'm in town.

A 2 night stay as part of a trip to Death Valley. Staying in room 105, which was possibly the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in, this was a really comfortable place to be. There was some noise from the road, but as we'd been hiking for several days, no impact on sleep whatsoever. Everything was spot on from the welcome from the reception team on arrival to the amazing Chicken Biryani in the restaurant (the best I've had outside of Oman!). The breakfast was good too. A mix of options to enjoy. I'd like to visit again as the hotel is setting up a tap room with their own brewery and I'd like to sample those beers when they're up and running!
