Moapa Motel

Front desk is at a convenience store around the corner. There is a restaurant with okay food between motel and convenience store. A great bar on opposite side of convenience store. When I stayed there in late December the pipes froze overnight so there was no sink, shower or toilet. I was moved to another room and this one had a working sink and shower but no toilet because of frozen pipes. Filled the waste basket with water from the shower/tub and used that to fill the water tank on the toilet. Too expensive for what I got. The bar had a great vibe to it with a friendly staff. When I walked in there was a dog and raccoon sitting next to one another on a couch, made me laugh. They had been raised together since they were a cub and a pup.

Weird strip motel with check-in at quickie mart gas station. Old cleaned up motel which was clean, fresh paint, floors, etc. Wifi sucks so bad couldnt use tv. Room was cold (Jan) so used heater (a/c combo) which was old and loud. Bed was very FIRM. Had 4 pillows which is nice on a King. Would never stay here again. Way too much for the location, and zero amenities.
