OMG!! Absolutely Love This Hotel. The Staff At This Hotel Were Incredibly Welcoming And Helpful Throughout Our Stay. The Rooms Were Immaculate And Very Comfortable. Its Like An Apt. We Also Enjoyed The Delicious Food 😋. I Will Definitely Stay There Next I'm In Vegas.

When my husband and I visit Las Vegas a couple times a year, this is the hotel that we prefer for our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the pillows are amazing! We enjoy the overall atmosphere of this hotel compared to many others in the city and love the selection of restaurants and shops on site, especially The Kitchen at Commons Club. The restaurant staff is the BEST and the food is so delicious, any time of the day or night. We also love the vibe of Lucia Mexican Grill! If you're in the mood to sit outside and enjoy the breeze along with your drinks or meal, this is the spot for you! I do however, have one complaint during our most recent stay. On 3 different occasions I ordered items/services and not one was fulfilled, nor did anyone contact me regarding the requests. I requested additional towels (there were only 2 bath towels in our room), Laundry service, additional hangers, and personal products in a total of 3 separate requests. I'm extremely disappointed that none were fulfilled. After the second request, I attempted to locate one of the housekeeping staff to assist me and found one very kind lady a few doors down but unfortunately, due to a language barrier, she could not and did not help me. The next evening I approached another housekeeping staff member and she was able to give me more towels. Although I do appreciate the extra help from the staff on our floor that were able to assist in some capacity, there were needs that were left untouched. I understand that the hotel team is very busy and there are many guests with needs and wants, but if they are not able to accommodate then please remove the option from the system on the TV. Will we stay at Virgin Hotels again? Yes, absolutely! Do I expect better service in these areas? Yes, absolutely!

It started as a great experience until my sister's dresses were stolen from our room. I don't know maybe they really needed the dresses because not only did they take the dresses they took her Spanx too. And if we all know, Spanx are not cheap! The hotel staff needs a lot more training in knowing their member ranking and what is offered to them because the entire stay I was told that as a Hilton member I did not get a discount and they were wrong. The stay started off great until the morning my sister had to get ready for a wedding and the dresses were missing, Security came and did a report and followed protocol. Luckily my sister had a back up dress but it ruined the last night for us because everyone's attitude changed. We did not feel secure in our own hotel room. We stayed from a Thursday-Sunday and not 1 time did housekeeping come and fix our rooms. I had to continuously call down for towels. When we noticed the dresses missing the room was not even cleaned nor towels replaced. It was as if they came in there and saw the dresses and took it. I also noticed that the next day after we called security Housekeeping just so happened to return the dresses to our room AFTER THE WEDDING HAPPENED!!!! It is like, they knew we called security and they needed to fix what they did and they just returned the dresses. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Although I am sure Virgin does not care, I recommend you secure all your belongings before you step outside your room and double check everything when you return! DO NOT EVEN UNPACK YOUR LUGGAGE just take out what you will wear and close your suitcase back up. IT IS NOT SAFE THERE!!! And to spend so many days there with not 1 day of our beds being made nor our towels replaced unless we called is very unprofessional! Especially since we stayed on the same floor as the Housekeepers supply room. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT YOUR CLOTHES STOLEN!!! I added a photo in case you do not believe I stayed here. We stayed in the Ruby tower on the 6th floor! The only person I will give a great review on is the front desk agent that checked us in and our server at Kassi Beach club, other than that the overall experience tanked due to lack of housekeeping and their sticky fingers!

No fridge in the rooms, precariously placed auto-charging minibar in the room, poor views, carpet from the 70s, small casino floor, and you can hear all your neighbors in the bathroom. For calling itself a "resort," the rooms seem to have been left out. The pool area was the highlight.

The only thing that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent score was because we were there during the strike. We spent xmas day there and it was so relaxing. Hotel is beautiful, staff are great and it is a really decently priced, clean hotel. The strikers outside were exceptionally noisy, very rude to us every time we set foot outside the hotel and were an embarrassment to the union funding them to be there. Being screamed at in Spanish and being told 'go home' when we booked over a year ago and live in England, with a fully paid for trip was never going to be an option. The strike is now settled and we would have no worry about staying there again.
