TownePlace Suites Las Vegas North I 15

The noise from I-15 makes it impossible to sleep. Room wasn’t fully made up upon arrival trash bags and extra sheets left incomplete. Bedroom air-conditioner didn’t work at all. Gold Bonvoy members get two small waters and a bag of chips? All this for $372/night!

My husband and I had a very good experience using this hotel as a base for a visit to Valley of Fire State Park. We had a king suite, which was perfect for us. The kitchen area had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the space was immaculate. The breakfast was great, and the friendly staff kept the food replenished and kept the area clean and inviting. Although this isn't really a walkable property, there are restaurants within a short drive.

Great location and comfy rooms. Front desk manager named Ky was awesome! Super smile and great attitude was just what I needed after a rough day of traveling. This young lady needs a raise or promotion. I'd hire her for my company in a heart beat Thanks for taking care of me Ky!

Had a last minute booking. Great availability, conveniently located, everything seems new. The breakfast was very good. I tend to judge hotels off two things; how new does it feel and how is the breakfast. Room had a great kitchenette. Would stay again.

This property is 5 stars! I am a frequent traveler of Marriott properties all over the world and I have never had a more positive experience at a Townplace property. This is a newer property and is beautifully maintained! It is spotlessly clean not only in the guest rooms but also in the lobby and exterior surrounding area. The check in process by Ceci was welcoming and professional. She offered a Titanium gift bag of snacks and water bottles and when inquiring on meal delivery to the property, she provided a list of options. The check out process with JP was excellent. He was professional, friendly and such an excellent representative of the Marriott Name and they are very fortunate to have him. Also, a kudos to the Breakfast Buffet team of Lidia and Briana. They work so hard to keep the food items docked, hot and fresh. They were very friendly and constantly checking with the guests to make sure that we had everything we needed!
