Residence Inn By Marriott Las Vegas Stadium Area

the location is convenient and price is reasonable which is why I chose this property in the first place but I had a terrible experience with this hotel due to incorrect charges and poor customer service (as a Marriott member for the past decade this is by far the worst experience I had in any Marriott property I had stayed). I stayed for just one night, but after checkout, I received a folio that wrongly charged me for twelve days of parking instead of just one day. The overcharge was $240, which made no sense. I called the hotel but they didn't respond or resolve the issue. I sent a complaint letter to Marriott but told the refund can only be issued from the local management. As a result, I had no choice but dispute the charge through my credit card company and finally got my money back. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will never return to this hotel and would caution others to double check their charges.

A huge thank you to Kimberly and the RI team for making our stay great-I am Titanium and they went out of their way to upgrade me and my family on a very busy weekend. (We got 2/3 nights which was awesome). First, the location is ideal if you are headed to the stadium or Mandalay Bay Convention center-a 10-15 minute easy walk. Also, very close to the airport. Second, the price is typically a fraction of what the strip hotels cost and there is free breakfast and no resort fee. Third, having a kitchen in Vegas is so clutch bc it takes forever to walk through casino floors to eating establishments for 3 meals/day and sometimes the lines are insane (i.e. at Starbucks). This is especially true when there is a game/show/convention happening-you can save a ton of time (and money). Only downsides to the hotel are the noise-yes, you can hear the planes and, depending on the room, the highway. (We didn't have any issues hearing other guest in the hotel) But if you're on the other end of the strip, there is a train, so there's always something. Would definitely bring a white noise machine or earplugs. Other than that, the sofabeds are brand new (most of them still have the plastic on the mattresses), and the pool area is very nice and well kept. Would stay again.

This property is located near Allegiant stadium which is very convenient if you're going to the stadium for an event. It's pretty new and in good condition. Our room was a standard Residence Inn one bedroom which wasn't a surprise. The windows aren't insolated well, you hear a lot of outside noise. You also hear people in other rooms. The hotel is located under the takeoff pattern for the airport and planes were regularly taking off until 1 am.

This hotel is so underrated! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My GFs and I had a red eye flight out of Vegas and decided to grab a room to freshen up before we headed out at 1 am. Holy smokes! Our Kingsize bed suite was so spacious. This place has a kitchenette, living room, nice bathroom and glam area. I cannot believe we did not stay here the first night in Las Vegas for the price tag we paid. Our destination was Zion National Park and we just needed a haul room. We paid way too much for a place off the strip. If you are not visiting Vegas for the bling and kaching, this is your spot and it is absolutely worth it! Rooms are clean, and exactly what you would expect from a Residence Inn. They are definitely on point with the RI Marriott brand. Check in process was also really smooth. The gal at the front desk was so sweet and helped us figure out where to go. They offer breakfast but we had to miss out. Yes, there is a parking fee but that’s disclosed on the fine print in the confirmation emails they send you and on the website. The parking lot is easy to maneuver and it’s quiet past 10 pm. Overall, next time my family visits Vegas and needs a place to haul over, this is the spot!

Traveling in southern Utah, we chose to fly home from Las Vegas. We chose to stay at The Residence Inn Las Vegas Stadium Area on Dean Martin Drive because of its close proximity to the Las Vegas International Airport. We arrived in the afternoon on a 108 degree temperature day. Heidi took good care of our check-in, filled us in on the best way to get to the airport the next morning and gave us a great nearby dining suggestion. When we got to our room it was apparent the air conditioning wasn't working. When our efforts to cool the room didn't work, we called the desk. Truveda, at the front desk, immediately changed our room and sent Daniel, the maintenance manager, up with a luggage cart and he settled us in a different room. The new room was cool and comfortable! The next day's breakfast offerings were excellent and plentiful. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We're delighted with how close it is to the Las Vegas airport. If you are coming for a concert or an event at the Las Vegas Stadium, it's right next door practically. At this hotel we were taken care of in the most excellent customer service manner. For the last 20 years, Marriott properties have always been our first choice for travel. We are never disappointed!
