Check-in staff very unknowledgeable on business tax-exempt policies and the entire staff at the hotel was very rude, unfriendly and acted very put-out when asking for help (except housekeeping). Would not recommend NYNY for any business travel ever.

My room on the 20th floor (room 2039) was large and had a nice view of the T-mobile Arena, Park MGM, mountains etc. I did have problems exiting the parking structure using my MGM Rewards Mastercard. It was a nightmare as the gate did not open after 5 attempts. We are promised free parking as cardholders. They better live up to that! If you want a great sandwich try Greenberg's Deli inside the casino. The Sky High Pastrami or Sam & Emmas sandwich (pastrami, turkey, cheese, Thousand Island dressing) are both great. I had both New York Pizza and Sirricos. Both are pretty good but very expensive. 2 pizza slices and a bottle of water cost about $28 before tip. Not exactly a bargain at $11.95 per slice.

Only a visitor to the hotel for activities. Benz who helped us with the rollercoaster tickets was brilliant! Really put a smile on our faces! The ride was also really fun. The hotel has a good range of activities and food / drink options to suit people not wanting to spend a fortune too

I was very surprised by the size of the room. Much larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. Great gaming with very friendly dealers. Dinner at Il Fornaio for dinner and America for breakfast. Highly recommend both. I would defintely recommend New York New York and will be returning!

Went for our anniversary and had a great time. NYNY always makes the trip great! Great food, great atmosphere, great room! Five Stars all the way around! Nine Fine Irishmen is always a great time. We sat on the patio and had great drinks, and great food. Next best thing to being in Ireland at a pub.
