My Place Hotel North Las Vegas Nv

The hotel lost power about 8 pm and didn't turn on until 2 am. No A/C, no TV, no lights and no elevator. Staff did nothing to help. All the perishable items in the fridge went bad. When traveling with kids and the power goes out, at least tell the guests what's going on!

This hotel has some shady business practices. Not only did I get my car broken into and $10,000 in shoes stolen but the U-Haul trailer I was pulling was also stolen with an additional value of $4000 worth of personal belongings. Come to find out this hotel turns its lights off that light up the parking lot late at night. This leads me to believe this is an inside job my this hotel and it’s staff. I have put in several messages to the manager requesting to speak to the owners. They need to be responsible and accountable for the safety of guests and guests property while at their hotel. This was my first stay with this franchise and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

No free breakfast and no pool or gym. Other than that it was ok. Room clean hotel was quiet and close to restaurants.

Room was very clean and have everything you need to rest. I saw comment about dirty carpet which isn't really the case for me however I always bring a flip flop with me when sleeping at a hotel just convenience. There is a bit of a cleaning agent smell which i dont like but its like this mostly every place.

I have never been so comfortable in a hotel. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Friendly and helps staff. Looking forward to returning.
