Motel 6 Las Vegas NV Motor Speedway

This place needs work. I didn’t expect luxury but I did expect clean and functional. The AC unit leaked water all night and soaked everything on the floor including my dogs bed and my shoes. There was so much scum in the bathroom sink you could scrape it off with your nails I was repulsed. The towels were worse than old dish rags and no shampoo or soap provided. The hallway smelled of pot. The saving grace was the bed linens appeared to be new so I did relent and stay the night. We were extremely tired after a long day of travel. I spoke to the desk clerk upon checkout she assured me the manager would follow up with me, but has not. I sent an email requesting a follow up and no response. My recommendation is stay away! Last time ever staying at Motel 6 anywhere.

Absolutely awful. The first time we have aborted a nights stay after only an hour. Asked for, but did not get a refund. They allow people to leave dogs unattended in rooms so you can imagine the noise. Room smelled terrible. Very very loud motel. Oh and cops arrived at the lobby just as we were leaving the gas station next door.

If you're on a roadie and are looking for a place to stay for the night, this Motel 6 is an excellent choice! My wife and I were on our way from our home in New Mexico to Lake Tahoe--and this place fit the bill. Clean, quiet, and comfy. No frills--but hey, we just wanted a place to unwind for the afternoon/night...and to get a good night's sleep. We had our own shampoo & soap...and after checking in I went out to a burrito joint to grab dinner. You want frills and fancy-schmancy? Go to the Strip--but be prepared to deal with traffic, party animals, never-ending bright lights, and higher prices. For road-trippers just rolling through Vegas, this is a great choice.

This motel is not as it appears from the outside. It looks like a nicer, newer Motel 6 on the outside. But, on the inside it's dark, dank, and gross. We checked in, and checked out 10 minutes later. The lobby is tiny and not very nice. The elevator smelled terrible. Once we got to our floor, the hallway smelled gross and the carpeting was wet. When we entered our room, it reeked of pet odor and bleach. I cannot recommend this motel, and will not return. I do also have to mention that all the staff were friendly and for the most part good with customer service although.

If you want to rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city after spending a night of partying or if you are traveling and want to recharge your batteries to continue, this is the place. We traveled, 2 adults with my two grandchildren 13 and 9 years old because the youngest one attended a Gymnastics competition in a hotel in the downtown of Las Vegas. ( 15 minutes from de hotel ) At the motel the staff is very friendly, there are no parking problems, the facility is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are also very clean with an acceptable size, they have a television and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean with enough towels. So, in general everything was pretty good, so when I'm returning to Las Vegas I will visit them again
