The value is good but you get what you pay for. The room was not properly cleaned and I smelled smoke in my room. The television picture is extremely grainy. The elevators are slow and inconsistent in operation. I would never stay there again.

Pool staff was incompetent. Room was dirty. Pool management was unwilling to assist his staff and did nothing to fix the problens. Rooms had left over items and garbage from last occupants. I won't be staying there again. I usually do stay there ever 2 to 3 months.

The whole experience was "Meh". I've spent less and had the same or better experience. I don't have anything bad to say about it and I don't have anything great to say. The check in process was slow (the online check in didn't work). There were no washcloths or hand towels. Only two bath towels for two people for a two day stay. No refrigerator in the room. For it being 2025, The TV in the room had horrible resolution and few programming choices. The Blue Man Group was the highlight of the stay. Would go see them again but would probably stay somewhere else.

I stayed at the Luxor for 8 nights and it was a great experience! I was attended to by Wendy for checking in. she was unbelievably helpful and answered all my queries, helped me with whatever i need. Truly appreciated the service she gave. Only gripe with the hotel is the poor wifi speed and also the TVs need to be upgraded with Netflix and other streaming platforms enabled.
