Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village

Stayed only 12 hours before our flight out. Checkin very easy. Room great. Nice floors and bathroom. Only a small area rug by sofa so felt cleaner. Didn’t use pool. Pillows soft per usual at a Hyatt Place but that’s just me. I’d definitely stay here in the future with a car rental. Right off I-15. Husband almost bit by aggressive dog on exiting elevators but that’s not hotels fault. Dogs on elevator with us riled up one coming on; that person should have went up stairs with their big aggressive dog but just backed up. Her dog lunged at my husband. Not a good situation for anyone.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village and had such a great experience that I had to share it. The real stars of the stay were Everett and Cindy at the front desk—they were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and just genuinely great at what they do. From the moment I arrived, Everett greeted me with a big smile and a warm “hello,” which immediately made us feel welcome. Cindy took care of our check-in, which could’ve been a bit of a hassle since we had three separate reservations with different room types. She handled everything smoothly, combining the reservations so we didn’t have to switch rooms at all. That made a huge difference in helping us settle in and enjoy our time there. Throughout the trip, I had a few more interactions with Everett, and every time, he was just as kind and helpful as that first day. He went above and beyond—helping arrange valet transportation to the Silverton Casino, offering great local restaurant suggestions, and even letting me know where I could find Moon Pies (a nostalgic favorite I can’t get back home in Connecticut). That little gesture really stuck with me. Both Everett and Cindy made us feel like more than just another guest. Their kindness and attention to detail created such a warm, welcoming vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. I’ll absolutely be recommending Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Huge thanks again to Everett and Cindy for making the stay so memorable!

Had a great stay at Hyatt Place at Silverton. Secluded and quiet but close to the freeway, restaurants, Target and anything you need. Staff was great. Hotel is clean and we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. Breakfast is a plus specially when traveling with kids.

The stay was great, they had a pack and play for a crib at our room which was great. Air conditioning worked great. We had everything we needed except a microwave. There is only one in the entire building, and it’s not available during breakfast hours. Morning staff a bit power hungry. Vanessa and Everett would not allow us to warm our baby’s milk. Prepare to water down, or become an alchemist to create a good temperature for your baby.

This is a VERY good Hyatt Place. The front desk staff was wonderful. I have stayed in many around the country, and this one seems brand new (I don't know if it actually is new). It is very clean and well maintained. I cannot remember staying in a cleaner, nicer Hyatt Place. I wanted something close to the airport. It is 10 minutes to the airport rental car return from the parking lot. The beds and pillows are nice. I loved the free parking (it seems so rare these days). Everything worked out well. I checked in late and left early for the airport, so I didn't use any of the amenities. I only stayed one night because this was close to the airport and I was traveling from a nearby state. I regret that I did not get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast, pool, or the hot tub.
