Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas South

It was a fun experience. The fact that it was near allegiant stadium was a bonus. The reason that it’s a 4 star rating is because I discovered that one light wasn’t working. Plus having an In N Out restaurant close to the hotel helps a lot. And yeah that’s about it.

It is a family friendly place with a pool! Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and parking was included so that’s a plus it is a good location being that it’s off the strip. Walkable distance to the stadiums and In n Out. Good place to stay at without breaking the bank. Would recommend!

It's sad to see how they waste millions of gallons of water due to bad employees. Let me tell you about my horrible experience. First, they don't know how to recognize a 30-year loyal customer, let alone a Platinum level customer. It occurred to me to tell them when I arrived to the person at the counter that the toilet was spilling water. They told me there was no one to fix it, but "they'll report it." The next day when I saw that it wasn't fixed, I asked them again if it didn't bother them to see how much water they were wasting, and they rudely replied that it wasn't their problem. The sad thing is that I couldn't sleep thinking about how many millions of gallons of pure water were wasted because of a bad employee. When I arrived at night, they didn't clean my room. I asked why, and they told me that the front desk gave the order, and the same thing happened for another 7 days when they didn't clean my room. It's the worst experience I've ever had in my life. On the day of checkout, I asked them why they behaved so badly, what was wrong with them, and they told me they didn't remember anything. The good thing is that everything is recorded on my cell phone, with photos and videos. How sad it is that for asking him to conserve the water, I was mistreated all week without cleaning my room. I don't want to think about how many rooms are leaking water and why Las Vegas suffers from not having water.

Our stay from the evening of December 5 to morning of 8th overall was good. My only complaints are that charging an IHG member $4 per water bottle is crazy. I can sometimes get a case of water fot $4. We drink a lot of water, so we spent around $32. My second complaint is the toilet had issues flushing. We did notify front desk. The hotel is the perfect location if you are going to the Allegiant Stadium, which we were to see the big country concert. Plenty of hot water and breakfast was good.

Water is *just* and I mean *just* hot enough for a shower. Don't bother asking the front desk they'll say, we'll tell engineering to turn it up 1 or 2 degrees, oh thank you soooo much . . . Mattresses way passed their prime, mattresses should have been replaced a LONG time ago. You're going to end up trying to find the spot to support yourself and have to sleep on the very edge. Multiple cracked tiles in the shower. Toilet was running, my son fixed that by adjusting the chain on the handle (you're welcome). TV didn't work Should have looked at the other Holiday Inn's in Vegas, all of them are $5 cheaper per day on the self-parking If you get room 415 good luck, you're sharing a wall with the housekeeping staff and you'll know what time they arrive in the morning (Hint: it's early) and you'll get to hear gossip about the hotel management Cleaning bottle left in the bathroom so didn't know if they were done, is it all clean, who knows at this point. Good points You can walk to the In-N-Out if you're hungry, basically same parking lot Walk across the street to Terrible's and get your waters and snacks there, much cheaper and much more variety. It will look closed but it's open, they have heavy tinting on the windows. Walking distance to the stadium Checked in on a Sunday (no game) and parking lot was basically empty, so that was the best room they could give me??????!!!!!!!
