I have a booking with them with a third party (VIO) and they are going to charge me extra. Once I called then to give a written approval for the refund they refused to help me to cancel my booking and he said to go back to the third party even if he is able to help me

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Las Vegas (4315 University Center Dr) on Feb 1 and 2, 2025. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and strip, and there is a large CVS on the corner along with low-to-high priced eateries in the same strip mall. This came in especially handy as my second nightâs stay was due to my flight being cancelled and I was able to buy a cute t-shirt at CVS for $9.99 so Iâd have at least one clean item of clothing the next day. Breakfast is served M-F 6:30-9:00 and Sat/Sun 7:00-10:00 and included made-to-order omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fried potatoes, oatmeal, dry cereal, different breads for toasting, bagels, donuts, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and probably a few other things I donât recall now. The evening reception / happy hour is nightly from 5:30 â 7; certain types of beer, wine, liquor, and snacks are available at no cost. The second night the snacks included three types of cheese, crackers, tortilla chips, and salsa (I barely made it in time the first night, but looking at the crumbs they had goldfish crackers and Chex mix). The biggest compliment I can give is to the staff â everyone I encountered was everything you want hotel staff to be and more. Front desk staffers Abby and Katerina were especially helpful. Abby was very personable, informative, and helped me get a cab. Katerina was very helpful and kind, going so far as to offer me her personal creamer when we couldnât find extra in the sundries shop (it was about 3am so breakfast wasnât set up yet). Check-in was fast and my room was clean with plenty of towels, washcloths, and an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. A few negatives: There was no hot water in my shower on Feb 1 (there was hot water at the sink so at least my washcloth bath was warm). There was also no internet connection in the business office. A few hours later the manager was able to quickly fix it as she had unplugged the internet cables earlier that evening after catching kids watching porn. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay â I took away a star for the lack of hot water in the shower.

Checked in at 10:30 pm only to be told the water would be shut off all night. My family had no time to shower. When I asked for a credit for the inconvenience they offered to credit the $25 parking fee. đ€Šââïž The manager was extremely unhelpful. Stayed on the 5th floor. Woke up at 4 am to loud music and sirens. 6 am and the loud music is still going. Will not be coming back to this property.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and they did not disappoint us. First and foremost, the front desk manager (Evan) was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I saw him the night we checked in and the next morning when leaving for the airport (does he ever sleep?). The room was excellent all around. The breakfast was, also, excellent. The hotel was very quiet and exceptionally clean despite being full. We will return.
