The staff was awesome! The dealers took my money like champs! We had a great time! I'm not a high roller but love to stay here! We were in town to get me new teeth at Bionic Smile. This was not the closest hotel, but it is our goto hotel! We love this place!

We loved staying at the Downtown Grand in Vegas. The rooms were clean and quiet. We stayed next to the pool. Pool is contemporary and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful. The decor is urban, contemporary and artistic!

It is very noisy. The Casino and Grand Towers are noisy. You can hear everything that is going on outside. The only quiet tower is the Gallery Tower. The hotel itself is ok. Parking structure is dirty. The hotel does offer free bottled water.!

Didn't know that this hotel was WALKING distance from the famed Freemont street where you zipline the strip, suggest you stay in the GRAND TOWER part of the hotel, free self parking which is a bonus. You have to park across the street and you get a parking pass, $3 for a hotdog & beer. The list goes on but I'll BE BACK this hotel while in the Old part of Vegas is something that you have to experience. My time was perfect, largest rooftop pool in that area, staff pleasant and attentive. The bonus was a WHITE CASTLE which is a NY thing located right around the corner.. I rather stay here than on the "Strip" anyday and when I come back that will happen..

Very clean hotel situated very centrally in Downtown Las Vegas - only a block away from Fremont St Experience, 5 minute walk to bus to go to the Strip. Room was very large, good value for what we paid. Rooftop pool was lovely with a great view of Downtown.
