Best Western Plus Las Vegas West

When we first walked into the room the beds were made but the sheets had yellow stains on them bathroom had an open vent that was very very dirty. The breakfast they served was decent and room service was very good whenever we ask for new towels they would give it to me in the first 2 minutes and the pool was pleasant.

I was disappointed with my visit to this particular Best Western and it surely did ruin the last day of my vacation. The room pictures at the time of booking show renovated rooms with a modern kitchen. To my dismay, the hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. Instead what I received was a rundown, old and dirty room. The room is extremely outdated and lacks cleanliness. The kitchen is extremely worn down, cabinets do not close properly, the tub was dirty, the toilet had black streaks, there was a huge plastic bag hanging out from under the bed, the light switches were filthy and the room overall was not up to standard with other Best Western Plus hotels. False advertisements and misleading images of the room when booking left me with feelings of distrust and deception and ultimately turned a good trip sour. The hotel was unable to provide an upgrade at the time or a refund and advised that not all rooms were renovated. I booked on Expedia and the room I selected showed a modern and updated room but this was the opposite of what I got!

I was disappointed with this Best Western property. Very aged, not kept up like their other properties. Bathrooms are very old in appearance. Bedrooms are acceptable, but our bed is in need of a new mattress. Not necessarily a safe feeling area, but ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Has indoor pool.

Worst hotel ever! The room stank so bad our clothes wreaked the next day. Bedding torn and carpets filthy. At 2 am someone tried to barge into our room finding out in the morning it was an actual staff member. Water was shut off in the am without warning. Called head office of BW this place needs to be shut down!

The king room was nice and spacious with very clean bed however the breakfast I was very disappointed ☹️ ran out of food too soon not even milk for cereal and no fruit. They should establish their amount enough for the guests staying at the time.
