SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson

Beulah gave me a huge smile as I walked into the lobby. This is my 3 rd time here and so far it has been exceptional also quiet. Close to restaurants and other important services like the DMV. Helpful staff for directions to state highways and Boulder City

This place is run down. I can tell some remodeling took place, but it looks old and wasted. Carpet is dirty, couch has serious wear, bed is worn, as are the towels. The breakfast….well disappointing. No decaf coffee. Will not stay here again.

The hotel has a very nice loacation in Henderson. There is an Albertson's grocery store nearby. There is also plenty of eateries not far away from the hotel. Our suite was of good size and clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

We really liked this hotel, we have stayed here twice. HOWEVER: We stayed in January via travel rewards and upon check-out the hotel said it was not paid and the entire charge was put on my credit card. I checked-in with my rewards reservation number and they had my name in the system. We have called through the rewards company four times sinceJanuary and the manager is never there during what are stated as his hours. Supposedly he is the only one who can check for the payment in the "virtual portal." I finally resorted to filing a credit card fraud claim and the charge was reversed. Very disappointed in this hotel. It is either fraud or disorganization and I do not have more time to devote to them in either case.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay -- Jeremy checked us in quickly, efficiently and with a genuine smile. All the room furnishing were in fine condition and the location was quiet, but close to plenty of stores and restaurants. The pool was out of service (not an issue for us), but guests here were allowed to use the facilities at TownPlace Suites across the parking lot. I'd have no problem staying here again!
