Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel

The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Very clean. We have stayed at other Best Western Plus properties. This one was superior to the others. The only draw back was the parking. The area isn’t the best, and the parking is isolated and there are people wandering around late at night. We were a bit concerned about our vehicle being broken into. But everything else was really good.

We had a great stay at the Best Western Henderson! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Both the check-in and breakfast staff went above and beyond—breakfast was well-stocked, and they were constantly cleaning and refilling items. The beds were very comfortable, with four pillows on each, and I appreciated that they had extra pillows ready for me at check-in, just as I had requested. I saw some reviews mentioning the parking lot being “weird,” but we had no issues—it seemed perfectly normal to us. There is some road construction nearby, but it didn’t impact our ability to get to the hotel. We arrived at 10:30 PM with no problems. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Building well maintained. The floor in the entry of hotel is spotless and shines from the polishing. Our room had a king-size bed. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and offered choices. Well planned. Located near shopping and dining choices.

Hotel was clean and put together well. All of the staff that worked during my stay were very helpful and accomodating. They were friendly and helped extend my stay as well. The morning breakfast stations were tasty, lots to choose from. I loved the coffee hot cocoa station that was available 24/7. My room was perfect, I was very comfortable. I liked my corner room, gave me the privacy I needed. I will definitely be booking here for now on.

Julia was extremely helpful, having gone above and beyond the call of duty. My elderly mom and I came to visit and could not find any spaces to park. Julia came out to the parking lot to offer her parking spot as soon as her shift was over in the next 30 mins. In a world where excellent customer service and accommodation is diminishing, she was a shining bright star that night!
