Aloft Henderson

This was the best in proximity to some really good restaurants. The staff outstanding friendly. My room was very comfortable trendy. I love that they have plenty of outlets for your electronics and plug-in needs. It was great. I really enjoyed the lounge area. A lot of activity a lot of private spaces to chill just calm cool good energy. Also, if you get a room facing the restaurant timber, you’ll have a great view of Las Vegas in all of the beautiful mountains .

Modern and quirky, this hotel is a mixed bag of both nice and weird. Desk staff at check-in were aloof and indifferent. The room was quite small with 2 queen beds, a small sitting area and the half-partitioned bathroom. Definitely did not like the barn door for the tiny toilet area; difficult to close and made a great deal of noise in the middle of the night. Lights around the mirror were likely leased from the Henderson Police Department photo lineup as they were far too bright to use. Minimal counterspace, although the shower was nice. Probably would not be my first choice if passing through in the future.

I’ve been to this aloft (and other alofts) in the past. One of the things I love about aloft is the games and pool table. My son loves playing with my husband and it’s just a family fun time. Well…… not anymore. My husband, my 17 year old son and I wanted to use the pool table but it’s only for 21+. So frustrating. I even tried yo sign a waiver, since we would be playing along with them, but the staff didn’t budge. I’m super disappoint.

No one here wants to help you. The people that work here don't wanna be here and it shows. It does not matter what the need is (breakfast food, ice, a working phone in the room, obtaining disposable cups) they had no desire to provide any of this. Most places are apologetic, and anxious to make things right. NOT HERE. We had to go downstairs to obtain disposable cups, when they disabled our keys early on check out day, and we needed ice, the cleaning crew on our floor refused to unlock the door to get ice (even when I showed her my key to prove we were staying here). In addition, when trying to grab food on the way out, they were out of everything I inquired about and our phone did not work in our room.

This is a really nice hotel not far from the Las Vegas Strip - love that it is quiet, the rooms are really spacious, the bed wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. (And thank you for actually having a makeup light in the mirror that you can use optionally). The front desk staff is terrific, specially Anna and Phreddie who went above and beyond by acting like a Concierge to help recommend and secure dinner reservations as well as a needed taxi for my aunt and uncle.
