Stayed overnight before trip to Lake Tahoe, when we checked in on the 17 March the receptionist that served us she was very polite and knowledgeable about the area (we were lost) & gave us direction to our destination. Rooms are large & modern, with mini fridge, microwave, large bathroom, free parking & breakfast. This hotel was probably better than most large hotels due to 1. Cleaning 2. Amenities in the room

This hotel is nasty, and the management does not care and will not help. Ryan specifically was very rude and I was offered no refund for this because âmaintenance had fixed itâ AFTER we left the room. Also, we were given another room which was cleaner but also much smaller and not what I reserved. Again - not even a partial refund. All I was offered was 5000 points, which does nothing for me now. When I say nasty I mean mold, water damage, stained beds, unclean floors, and we had children with us. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked into my room, I was disgusted. The room was poorly maintained, and to make matters worse, my key card repeatedly stopped working. Each time I went to the front desk for help, I had to deal with Barbra, who was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. When I asked for a simple fork because the restaurant I ordered from forgot to include one, Barbra told me to go back to the restaurant to get one and then laughed at me. This level of disrespect was appalling. To top it all off, when I asked to switch rooms due to the poor state of the one I was given, Barbra took it upon herself to check me out of the hotel entirely, cancel my reservation, and refuse to refund the remaining nights I had paid for. This hotelâs staff clearly has no regard for customer service or basic decency. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone. Stay far, far away. Also note there is construction next door that starts at 6 am.

STAY AWAY!!! This property has bed bug!! Our friends have video of actual bugs on one of their beds. We canceled our reservation and are still trying to get a refund, but the property won't take our calls or even speak to their own IHG customer representative! I plan on escalating this issue with the health department and all other necessary entities. Terrible way of doing business.
