I managed to find this room at a very cheap rate on Priceline (low $30s), so my rating is heavily influenced by that. My experiences at a $50+ rate hotel would have warranted 3 stars, or possibly even 2. But I'm willing to overlook a lot at this cheap of a price point. This motel was also about a 5-minute venture from the freeway, perhaps contributing to its low rate. Hotel was older, but mostly in good repair. Interior corridors were a huge plus. Hotel was operated by a sweet Indian couple, which explained why the lobby smelled of curry. A microwave and small mini-fridge were present. WiFi was unexpectedly fast for this rural region (30+ Mbps). A Laz-y-Boy recliner was an added bonus. Breakfast was provided, but was minimal. (Again, I'm shocked there was anything at this price). Waffles, cheerios, juice, coffee, and a few slices of bread for toast. But the steakhouse across the street has breakfast as low as $5 as early as 5:30am and is quite good. My largest concern was cleanliness. The room clearly had a quick clean and was in good repair, so not concerning enough to reject. But housekeeping missed several concerning details. There were crumbs in the recliner. The sheets had some type of salty substance on them that I had to brush off. The carpet between the nightstand and bed had clearly not been vacuumed in some time. There were also a few small pieces of trash behind the toilet. And there was a rust ring in the toilet that someone should seriously scrub out. The mattress was older, but didn't squeak and was tolerable for one night. And the water pressure for the shower wasn't the best (but the water got hot quickly). Bottom line: This hotel was just fine for one night at this low price point. I will definitely stop again. But if they upgraded the mattresses and stepped up housekeeping a notch, they could easily charge $20/night more and I would give them 5 stars.

This is not the place to stay. It is truly terrifying and not good quality at all. The mattress is a rock, our shower wouldnât stop dripping and there are only two outlets to plug things in. It also smells quite bad and I was afraid to lay under the comforter. The carpet is damp and is probably the source of the bad smell. Along with all of this, they are actively asking to be tipped.

If you are on a budget at all do not be afraid to stay here. Our room was clean. The climate control and shower both worked great. The room was a good size. The bed was on the firm side but we still slept well. Wi-Fi worked great. Breakfast was just OK unless you like a waffle and that was good. There was no coffee maker in the room but there is a microwave and refrigerator. The manager was friendly and helpful. We would stay again. It is definitely a step above many budget places I have stayed.

If all hotels were like this one, I'd sell my home and travel the USA until the money ran out. Is it a five star hotel? No... of course not. But it's far better than what the negative reviews have been whining about. We limped into Sidney with serious car troubles. Booked through Priceline. Reserved the room for $40 taxes and fees. We were a little worried because the app wouldn't let us reserve a handicapped room, The inn was going to put us on the second floor until I informed them both my wife and I were disabled. They didn't have a regular room open, but they put us into a mini-suite on the first floor. That was obviously better than what we had paid for, so I really thank them for that. The room was clean and comfortable. We really needed that after the stress of the trip. What e had hoped was going to be just a one night stay turned into a full weekend stay instead. The inn lest us stay in that same room the whole time, at the same rate. How can anyone complain about that. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this in to anyone, but especially those who don't need any unnecessary added stress. Kudos to everyone.

We needed inexpensive and that's what we got. It was fine. I was disappointed that there was not more attempt at some sort of breakfast despite Covid 19. We were at six hotels during this trip and had not encountered one with no breakfast at all.
