Townhouse Inn & Suites

Very nice staff and wonderful facility. We stayed in a king suite, very roomy, with a kitchenette. We only stayed one night so didn't need it but it was outfitted if we had wanted to. Modern decor, very clean, comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Very pleasantly surprised after checking in and finding the room as clean as any I have ever stayed in in over 50 years on the road! Everything looked new in the room from walls to floors to furniture to bath. Clean clean clean everything was immaculately clean. Room had a full kitchen and a recliner chair. Don't let the outside pictures deter you from trying this place out. Even the outside of the building was in great shape with good paint and fixups. The best thing they could do would be to get rid of the weeds in the front are and just put in crashed gravel. It would look lots better from the street that way. BUT that is the only detractor we could find. Close to food (walking distance) and the street noise stopped about 10PM at night and it was quiet all night long. Never stayed here before but will definitely stay here again

Opted for the upgraded room with a full kitchen and paid $480 + 9.5% tax for 3 nights (9A). Ended up as a nightmare... I was afraid to even rest since I didn't want to touch anything. My husband had to clean the table, the kitchen sink, the pot (3 times!) and utensils before using them. And we had to use our own 3M sponge since there was none. We also had to flush the toilet about 10 times in order to get rid of the green mold. Pros: good water pressure, good location (across Albertson's and a cheap gas station), and spacious room. Good sound proving in the room. Cons: this is one of my worst motel experiences. See my pictures. There are not many pictures from reviewers, only from the owner, so I took some to show. I hope the owner will use some od the profits from my stay to fix some of these. Stay away.

We stayed one night. Did not have any reservations in Klamath Falls and found many motels booked up. Based on reviews I called the Townsend and they were able to accommodate. Looks like a nothing motel on the outside, but very surprised at the roominess and cleanliness of this little motel. Pizza parlor right next door serves great pizza and beer. A Black Bear Diner was across the street and down a block or two; Easy walking distance. Not sure when we'll get to Klamath Falls again but wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

HORRIBLE! Avoid at costs. First room: Me- “this room smells like smoke” Staff- “Yes, we had someone stay in it who smoked. We tried to clean it” Second room: didn’t smell like smoke. Flipped up the bed to see a giant urine stain, gum wrapper and crumbs. Refused to stay there. They refused to refund. Worst hotel around.
