The hotel smelled when we entered the lobby. Clearly trying to mask another odor that was lurking just below. Got to our room and it was freezing. The heat was completely off and we had to turn it on and it took an hour to warm the room. The comforters had stains on them and the tub had mold and black dirt-spots in it. Worst hotel I’ve been in in decades.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life and I am 66 years old and I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime. The toilet had thick urine on it, the bed had dark stains that looked like blood stains that you could see through the sheets. The in- room hot tub was dirty. There was no remote for the TV and no buttons on it to operate it. We asked for a remote and it took them 5 hours to bring one to us. By then we were ready to sleep but that was difficult because the room AC was not cooling the room properly. After all that we decided to just leave without breakfast. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Check in was smooth and quick, the room itself was decent, but had a missing/broken towel bar and burned out light bulbs. Bed was better than I expected. Continental breakfast was a joke, coffee was served from a pump thermos, they served Little Debbie Swiss Rolls, sausage links and cold cereal. I would stay again only if it were the only option. I would pay quite a bit more to stay somewhere else.

I never review hotels but feel like I should based on our experience. Booked this hotel based on the 4 stars and the pictures. The hotel looked great and then we saw it in person. This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. From the floors to the halls to the bathrooms. Our sink was clogged so we notifed the front desk. It was never fixed instead they placed a garbage can under the sink to catch the water. We didn’t realize this until we were checking out and went to move the garbage can under the sink and it was full of water. We only had 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth for the 2 of us. The shower pressure was horrible as well. Continental breakfast was a joke. Food tasted horrible and the juice dispenser was out of commission to no surprise based on our experience up to that point. Do not stay at this hotel! Needless to say I highly recommend staying somewhere else. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

I booked two rooms to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The pool was freezing, not hot tub as described on website. Rooms were dirty, lots of stains. I refused to shower because the tub was dirty and the shower head looked disgusting. It definitely made the occasion less memorable, especially for the cost.
