Americinn by Wyndham Ogallala

Our room was recently updated. The shower was a walk in, rather than a tub. The breakfast had lots of options. When we parked in the back, the sliding door was right there as well as the elevator. Our room was on the back, so we didn't hear interstate traffic. Everything was great!

We always stay here on our first night on the road while driving west. Great accommodations and fantastic hot breakfast. They are doing some remodeling now which should make it even nicer. They did not have the lobby fireplace lit , but perhaps that is because there are not that many travelers on the road this month, but the lit fireplace would be nice.

Booked at the last minute while traveling. Front desk staff was pleasant. They allow dogs 50 lbs or less. Room was simple but clean. Did a mattress check for bedbugs. No bugs but the mattress looked as if someone had been severely injured. Very stained. If you get a room on the front of the hotel, you definitely hear the trucks all night. Currently undergoing renovations but didn’t realize they would be hammering through the night. It was very quick accessing it from the interstate. They serve breakfast which we don’t take time to eat. Also a McDonald’s a few buildings away.

After a long days drive we arrived to a Clean room, co friendly and accommodating front desk for our senior mom (101 yrs old) with limited mobility. We had breakfast the next morning, packed up and checked out. Back on the road for another long day. We will consider this Americinn on the way back

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. They have a nice area to walk your dogs. Easy on and off I-80. There are a lot of options for breakfast. Would definitely stay again if back in the area. Didn’t notice the highway noise like others mentioned
