La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Platte

Great stop on the road! The gentleman who checked us in was efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean and some renovations have been completed. I did notice a fenced in yard for dogs but we didn't utilize it. Breakfast was great also. The location is easy on and off the highway.

The LaQuinta Inn in North Platte is the perfect stop for the first night of our road trip west. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has easy access to I-80. There is a nice restaurant, Capones, within walking distance. Morning Breakfast had all the essentials to get our day off to a great start. We've stayed here before and we'll stay here again.

Hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff offered me fresh hot water for gluten free instant oatmeal I brought (instead of the not as hot water that had been sitting out).

shower had mold in several places. bathroom was just gross all around. Small changes would have made a big difference like removing cheap plastic discolored and dirty water guards from tub edges. redoing all calking and addressing mold issue. Room had pet hair throughout.

The hotel was clean and the staff friednly and helpful. The breakfast was a normal for mid-priced hotel, nothing extraordinary. However, I was unaware that the hotel welcomed pets and there was at least one dog barking at night.
