A nice surprise to find such a gem of a boutique hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska! Great decor, nice lounge and centrally located. Comfy bed! I suspect getting a room here during a home football game weekend would be a challenge. A short walk to many cool bars and restaurants!

First impressions are so important. The hotelās front desk is backed by a digital wall with a video meant to look like an endless waterfall. But it causes vertigo and motion sickness. It was difficult to conduct any business with the front desk because the wall was so very nauseating. I mentioned it to the staff who said this was a common complaint from guests. WOW! I mean, itās a video. It can be changed. It boggles my mind that management chooses to leave something so disorienting as a first and last impression. The hotel is fine. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff in a great location to the university and Haymarket. But that video wall? It needs to go. Now.

First time staying here, great location downtown, couple blocks from the University of Nebraska campus, few blocks from the football stadium and walkable to the basketball arena, near restaurants and bars and shopping, close to the Haymarket. Friendly staff, very clean, drinks at the bar are expensive. Parking garage right next door.

The restaurant has amazing food! The short rib flatbread is a must! It's very flavorful and has a really good sauce! The rooms are very modern and contemporary it has a beautiful layout and os just such a wonderful property. It's an amazing downtown gem!
