Holiday Inn Express & Suites Airport Lincoln an IHG Hotel

A clean comfortable room. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Most things were empty and those wonderful cinnamon rolls were old or stale or something because they were not very good at all. Dry and hard! Check in was quick and friendly.

The best I can say is that the bed was comfortable. The room cards did not work after check in but they did after they were redone. The fan did not block out people talking in the halls and we constantly heard loud thuds from people walking in the room above us. The pancake machine was broken and no milk for at least 10 minutes. Cold cinnamon rolls, but at least I could put it in the room's microwave. No fruit. And the ice machines were broken.

Wow, can't say enough good about this hotel! It felt the cleanest a hotel has in awhile! Front desk staff was accommodating and went above and beyond with local recommendations. Breakfast was top notch with high quality hot options and the staff made sure you were well cared for. Chlorine was definitely the first thing you smelled walking in but felt like a clean smell. The pool was decent and enjoyed by my kids. Beds comfortable and black out curtains were perfect!

We were making our booking on-line but had some questions and called the hotel to get some answers. Tiona Stevens, the general manager, went out of her way to provide us with the accommodations that we needed (getting our names and looking for our reservations as the request came in through the on-line service.) Once we arrived Tiona again made our stay better by suggesting and providing us with adjoining rooms for our party of 6 (all family). We were so pleased by Tiona’s efforts to make our stay such a positive one. We travel from Michigan to Colorado periodically and would recommend this hotel to others and intend to return ourselves.

Can't even begin to state how wrong of a choice it was to stay here. Our team was supposed to stay here, but this horrible chain booted them the first night "because another team was staying over", but supposedly they would stay here the second night as planned, so us team parents decided despite the horrible condition of the hotel we'd stay to be near our team the second night. NO, these idiots "gave away their rooms" the next day leaving an entire team hotel-less. AND us poor parents are stuck staying in the horrible grime (don't let the initial room fool you look in the bathroom before you settle in, and make sure they actually cleaned from the previous stay - obvious garbage is dead giveaway they just "glance" and don't CLEAN). STAY AWAY! Horrible mildew and mold. People are friendly enough, but clientele will scare you.
